JOB DESCRIPTIONS
We’re looking for support! We’re seeking part-time staff or working students to join our reception team in Cologne. As someone with a knack for organisation, you’ll be pulling the strings behind the scenes whilst playing a key role: you’ll welcome guests, handle the post, coordinate service providers and ensure the smooth running of our meetings, both before and after they take place. Whether in German or English, in writing or in person – you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues. With your friendly, courteous manner, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly here and that every guest feels welcome straight away. Working hours are generally Monday to Thursday between 8.30 am and 3 pm and are agreed upon within the team.

  • A strong focus on customer service and teamwork, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Proactive thinking, flexibility and organisational skills
  • An open and helpful manner
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • A structured, independent and meticulous approach to work
