Trainee Account Management (m/w/d) hybrid | Köln

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
As part of our consulting team focusing on IT, telecommunications and professional services, you will be an important interface between the agency and the client. You will manage a wide range of projects, always with an eye on the deadline, drawing on your organisational skills and attention to detail. During the twelve-month traineeship, you will explore all facets of our agency. You will gain valuable insights into our daily business and support communication and coordination with international contacts. On the job, you will learn about structures and processes within the team and our agency and develop comprehensive skills in project management as well as client consulting and management. YOUR PROFILE
  • You have successfully completed your training and/or studies, ideally with a focus on marketing.
  • Ideally, you already have some internship experience from an agency and/or project business.
  • You use AI tools and automation solutions to make processes more efficient and are committed to incorporating AI into your daily work as a natural part of your daily business. 
  • You have a strong interest in data-driven systems and their continuous optimisation.
  • Ideally, you have a strong affinity for social media.
  • You are characterised by a proactive, hands-on mentality.
  • Your working style is solution-oriented, detail-oriented and committed.
  • You have confident presentation skills, including in English.
